Participating in our @Home Program or Library, you do so at your own risk. Participants agree not to hold Rev. Dr Ian Mavor Foundation liable for any losses, damages, expenses, costs, claims or liabilities suffered or incurred through the use of the @Home Program or resources, part of the Rainbow House Library.

Exclusion of Competitors

If you are in the business of creating similar services, products and/or resources for the purpose of providing them for a fee to users, whether they be business users or domestic users, then you are a competitor of The Rainbow House. We expressly exclude and do not permit you to use or access this website, to download any documents or information from its website or obtain any such documents or information through a third party. If you breach this term then Paradise Kids Australia / The Rainbow House will hold you fully responsible for any loss that it might sustain and further holds you accountable for all profits that you might make from such unpermitted and improper use. Paradise Kids Australia  and The Rainbow House reserves the right to exclude and not permit any person from using its website or any of the documents and information contained on it.

Certain services, programs and products are available exclusively online through our website. These services, programs and products have limited quantities. All purchases made via our website are governed by The Paradise Kids Australia Store Policy which can be viewed on the SHOP page of the website.

Your Donations

The Rev. Dr Ian Mavor Foundation is a Public Benevolent Institution. We are registered with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission. Our charity number is … 609 160 278. We solicit and accept donations to help fulfil our mission and charitable purposes. All donations received by the Rev. Dr Ian Mavor Foundation via the Paradise Kids Australia  or The Rainbow House website shall be used to fund the services and provisions of Paradise Kids Australia  and The Rainbow House. This includes any fundraising activities and/or sales. Donations over $2 are tax deductible.

Donations via the Donation Button

Paradise Kids Australia will endeavour to use your donation for the area of preference as indicated on your donation form. We do not guarantee that your donation will solely be used for that purpose. If your preference area has received enough funding, Paradise Kids Australia will allocate the funds where they are needed most.

Paradise Kids Australia expects that anyone wishing to donate consider their decision carefully and check donation amounts during transactions. Paradise Kids Australia recognises that it is possible to make an error when making an online donation. We will endeavour to refund a donation where an legitimate error has been made.

Pay What You Want Donation add on

Although not a requirement, users may choose to add on a donation when registering for one of our group programs. Use of the PAY WHAT YOU WANT option is considered to be including a donation and not a fee for Service.

In the case where a donation is added on when making a booking for the The Rainbow House Grief Explorer’s Program or the Masterful Creators Program we warrant the donation to be given freely, without strings attached. If the participant does not utilise the Service provided, a refund is not entitled. Paradise Kids Australia  and The Rainbow House will email a separate receipt for the donation add-on.

Donation Security

When you enter sensitive information (such as credit card numbers) on our website, we encrypt that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL). When Credit Card details are collected, we simply pass them on in order to be processed as required. We never permanently store complete Credit Card details.
